Think the shipping/service/handling is pretty expensive. Then my order was not delivered within the four hour guaranteed time frame that I paid for. Then when I saw the picture of my flower delivery, it was not even what I had ordered. I got a partial refund from FromYouFlowers and a certificate to use on a future purchase, however, this is the second time I have gotten less than stellar service from you and I am not sure I will be ordering again.
The fact that i was able to make a order to be delivered today was just awesome. Helps the late people like myself. Thank you!

My only comment is something you must already be aware of: I wound up paying $53.oo for an original order of $39.99. And that should only have been $29.99. But I appreciated the ease of ordering and the option of delivery within 4 hours. For a total of $10.00 less I'd have given you a 6.

My work schedule switched to overnight's & weekends. So, the key to this purchase was having the last minute, same day delivery option. Flowers arrived as scheduled & recipient said the tulips were 3.5 - 4 stars worthy. 3.5 for the actual arrangement & 4 for lasting so long.

It was Mother's Day, and it was my first ordering flowers so I ordered some flowers for my mom and chocolates. They brought flowers but not the chocolates I called them and they brought me them. But then again I got some for my aunt got her a deluxe they gave her a small flower and no chocolates and left it on the door step. I don't know why but I told my friends about them she got flowers for her mom a card and chocolates she told she's on her lunch break so don't bring to 2:00- 3:00 they brought it anyways left in front of her workplace flowers were missing only green flowers no pink and NO chocolates. #1 flower place. Please
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
