Very easy to do business with. Flowers arrived on time and the arrangement was one of the best we've ever seen. Flowers where extremely fresh. Very pleased overall and will use again in the future.
Quick & easy
The order was delivered promptly and while I personally haven't seen it the recipient said the plant was lovely. The web site was very easy to navigate, confirmations of the purchase were sent on a timely basis. I just think the delivery charge was a bit high.
1. I paid for morning delivery; it didn't happen.
2. I called about 1:30PM, and the rep said she'd call the florist, then reported it would be delivered in some time I don't remember.
3. I asked for, and presumably received, a refund on the morning delivery.
4. The florist called in about 1/2 hour to say he was delivering, thereby spoiling any surprise.
The service was unacceptable, and I will not use it again.
On edit sekection it needs to give us option's to edit any and all parts.

Received flowers on time. Arrangement did not look exactly like the one on the website but it was decent.Did not look professional like I was looking forward to. Would prefer actual arrangement pictures to be displayed on website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
