I have a little difficulty using the computer but, the site is well planned and the flowers I've sent to others are very nice they say. The flowers were delivered several days too early and were not the flowers I ordered. I contacted FromYouFlowers and it was taken care of immediately. The fact that they went above and beyond to correct the mistake and to get new flowers to my recipient at the correct time and the second flowers were stunning! I am very pleased with the company and how it handled this situation. I will be using fromyouflowers for all my future flower needs. I am a very happy customer!

The reason I ordered from your site was because I paid for same day delivery. I made the cutoff and then after 3pm that same day was told that my item would not be delivered because the truck already left for that area. I would have to wait for till tomorrow. I was sending flowers to a client because of a software issue and I needed to send it that day as an apology, so the fact that it went out the next day did not make me happy. The rep told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for my money back on the same day shipping, but that has not been resolved.
I was not happy with the price changes. I tried ordering several times before it went through and it was a different price in the end. I also did not like the $15.00 shipping and handling charge!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
