I selected same day delivery, and within minutes of the order, I was called and advised that same day was not available on a Sunday in my delivery area. They refunded the expedite price, and upgraded the arrangement for my trouble.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my niece's birthday Saturday June 7... I called on Tuesday to congratulate her and ask her about the flowers... SHE DID NOT GET ANY FLOWERS>>> I was furious and embarrassed. I called Fromyouflowers and they said the florist was closed... at the time I called. I called the following day and they said they could re deliver today with a 20% discount. I told them the Birthday was Saturday. Not today... No one called me on the day of delivery to tell me there was a problem with delivery. I have sent flowers to this location before from other vendors without a problem... Looking at the other reviews, I cansee that the problem here is the vendor. STAY AWAY
Loved the flowers and the speedy delivery
I was surprised how much the cost went up for the service/handling. Now seeing the product, it didnt look like the pic, most flowers were the same though.
Any additional fees should be stated clearly UPFRONT.
The flower I chose on a Saturday stated "same day delivery." I received a phone call from "fromyouflowers" stating that the flowers couldn't be delivered until Monday because the florist wasn't open, but they'd send me a $15.00 credit toward my next purchase. I received a credit for $12.00 - not 15.00 and it has to be used within a month... :(
The service and price point were perfect. No complaints. The arrangement I chose was a flower birthday cake. It looked more like an orb. So it must be a tough one to make or the flower arranger was a little "green" at their job
Pretty easy but I wish you would break down the charges before going to my Pay Pal.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
