Handling charge a surprise - not possible to enter a UK county in my billing info (I'm in UK, flowers for US)! I ordered Peruvian lilies - the intermediate one (deluxe I think) which should have looked like the picture. However my friend sent me a picture and I was disappointed as there seemed much fewer flowers and the pink straw bow looked a bit odd. However they did cheer up my friend which was the object of the exercise.

I found fromyouflowers.com on ebates, the first time I used them was because they had the biggest discount on ebates. This time I had more time & price matched & product matched & again they had the biggest discount on ebates. But now that I've ordered in 2 different cities, at the last minute and was very impressed. I will order from them, because deal or not there the best flowers I've received in a long time Thanks,

Wish you would include handling and delivery in the price of the flowers because you charge almost as much for that as the value of the discount. Bad surprise!

The process to place my order was very easy. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time. I paid the extra fee to have a guaranteed morning delivery that was not met. Unfortunately, this resulted in the flowers only being seen by the intended recipient very late that evening. Almost completely missing her birthday.
Very poor delivery policy. They must call to confirm when it is supposed to be a surprise. When they don't get an answer they put off delivery until you call to report no delivery. Very dissatisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
