The flower arrangement was beautiful. My grandmother really loved the flower cake. My only complaint is that the box of chocolate was not the variety as shown it was one kind of chocolate.
The delivery was one day late and a promised upgrade did not happen. Arrangement did not look at all like the picture and was very small. Lilies that were the main flowers were just buds that had not started blooming at all. Offered 20% refund and $15 gift card. Very dissatisfied customer.
Service/Handling fee is outrageous! If I had more time I would continue checking for cheaper alternatives from different on line companies.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
