Overall I was very pleased with the experience, however I was very disappointed to find a "service charge" applied to the order with no preview of all applicable charges before entering credit card information and confirming the order.
I ordered the Sympathy Plant with Fresh Cuts for $39.99. The plant that was sent was nice, but no where near as nice as the one I ordered. The plant sent is not worth $39.99 in my opinion and looks to be smaller than what I ordered. I realize that From You Flowers probably doesn't have control over what the local florist shops send out. If the shop sent what I ordered I would give 5 Stars to every catagory. I wish I could send a picture so you can see the difference. I understand the local shop might not have all the exact plants as shown in the photo of what I ordered, but what was sent is not even close.
