I think shipping/handling charges are exorbitant.
I placed 2 orders. The order sent to Springfield was $5.00 more and I was very pleased with the arrangement. It was beautiful and exactly what the picture showed. I was disappointed with my order that was delivered to Rochelle. I did not think I got my money's worth.

The product was great, but unfortunately the flowers were not delivered before noon per the expedite option. Fortunately, fromyouflowers.com refunded the extra 4.99 that I had paid.

Ordering was very easy. There was a problem with delivery times, but this was quickly and politely resolved.

Overall I am very satisfied and the recipient seemed to ecstatic. I would have like to know the overall shipping prices before the final order screen. I thought the item received was nice, a better value than Pro Flowers and 1-800-Flowers, but I still feel like I get a better value walking into a shop... Overall, the convenience makes up for my perceived loss in value though and I am satisfied.
The customer service people were very nice. However, as I stated before, the service charge is outrageous. Then when the order was not delivered in the 4 hour window I paid for, the service rep gave me a $15 gift certificate, however, this really only pays for the service charge. So to me it's not much of a "gift".

I felt it was too small for the flowers that were used. They were seasonal and in abundance right now. I should have done it from my garden. It was pretty though. Just you know, smaller than it should have been.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
