Nice choices, easy to order.
Used this site because they could deliver that day. Was contacted after paying and couldn't deliver that day. They did compensate to upgrade still was late for what I wanted.
There was no mention of the service handling fee being that high. I was already paying extra for same day service. I felt I could have ordered from 1 800 flowers as I did before since I know all of their fees up front. I felt like I spent all of this amount of time shopping at your online store for a perfect inexpensive bouquet only to spend the exact same amount I would have had I gone to my normal online retailer. By the time I got to check out, I was already mentally exhausted and had not more time left in my day to shop all over again. Had I had more time, I would have cancelled my order.
I ordered flowers for my daughter in Chicago for same day delivery. I was contacted by fromyouflowers that evening and was advised the order was not delivered due to an error on the local florist's part. I was assured that the order would be delivered "first thing" the next day, and my same day order fee was refunded and I was given a coupon for a future order. At noon the next day the flowers had not arrived, so I called fromyouflowers, they contacted the florist and told me the order was "on the truck" and would be delivered shortly. Still no flowers at 3 o'clock. Shortly after that, my daughter called to let me know that she had gotten a call from the person who had been given her flowers in error - it happened to be that person's birthday so she didn't notice the error until she read the card. Meantime, the truck driver realized his mistake and went back to collect my order and deliver the correct one which had also been on his truck. The flowers finally arrived where they belonged. I had also called fromyouflowers in the midst of this final confusion to make them aware, and at that point they gave me a 25% refund on my order and assured me that they would follow up with and monitor that florist to be sure they were meeting their standards. I realize that anyone can have an "off" day, but this seemed pretty outrageous. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and the flowers were very nice, but the overall experience was certainly not a positive one. I would say the primary blame was with the local florist and not with fromyouflowers.
The prices for the floral arrangements are very competitive. The delivery fee is want makes the price jump up so much and seems rather high, but that is the case on most sites. I was lucky enough to get the coupon code for free shipping, so the experience has been quite pleasant so far.
The pricing and discounts were hard to navigate
The 'free' subscription offer to Travel & Leisure magazine was completely confusing, presented at a time when I'm trying to finalize my order. The problem was made worse trying to understand the rebate for those not wanting the magazine. It gave the appearance I'd been automatically 'overcharged' the cost value of the subscription and had to ask for a rebate if I didn't want it in the first place. Also never explained if the $20 rebate would be in the form of a check (cash), a credit to my card or simply a credit for future purchase. Needless to say, the Bonus Offer did NOT leave me with a good impression for your company.
Thank you. I liked the free delivery
I always buy my anniversary and valentines day flowers at Colemans
We ordered a package of two dozen roses, a lavender vase, and Godiva Chocolates a week before the date we wanted them. However the company informed us two days before the target date that they didn't have the specific arrangement and would not be able to ship it until the following week. Gift-giving is time sensitive and there's no point for me to have ordered flowers from them in the first place. They offered to have a local florist deliver a similar arrangement and when it finally arrived, the pricey lavender vase and Godiva chocolates were replaced with lower quality substitutes and I was still charged the same. The flowers also wilted in two days. I had to stay on the phone for almost a half hour to have them refund me 20% of my money. I would not recommend this service after all the inconvenience I had to go through
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
