Easy to order. The flowers were not exactly as the picture shown when they were received. I understand some flowers may have not been available. The bouquet was not very colorful.
Everything was great except the "fees portion" I felt were a little high but other than that great service and easy to use website. Will use again

We had the flowers delivered to our niece who is recovering from surgery. She was delighted with the flowers and loved the colors. She sent a picture of them and they are beautiful. Thanks for the excellent service.
Fromyouflowers resolved the issue-it was the vendor that messed up. I ordered a basket and added baloons and chocolate. They delivered the item late and with not candy. I called them (Pennington Market) and they were nt very nice. I called you and the guy said he would havethe cany sent but give me credit. I did not receive the candy until I called them once again and they said you guys said I didn't want the candy. They are a poor reflection on you and you should stop using that vendor in the future. After 2 days the mylar baloons lost thier lift-probably us a very low % helium to cut corners. You guys gave me credit for that too. Overall you made my experience nice but that Pennington Market is a poor vendor to do business with!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
