Pretty easy and very good prices compared to other flower delivery places. I was not however happy with the 3 pink balloons at $3 each. They were small. 1 deflated within half hr after getting them. The other 2 were deflated the next day. The carnations were pretty as was the vase.

Well...after the fact now, this was a great purchase!
The flowers were elegant and my wife loved them!
Had some trouble with the zip code and tried to override it but ended up having to start order all over.
I called the company to check on the delivery of the flowers and the person who helped me confirmed the delivery. Only a few minutes later the delivery was confirmed on my email.
My mother-in-law called after she received the flowers and she loved them! Thank you so much!
