Would like to know the amount earlier. Flowers were not delivered same day but same day fee was refunded and very nice reply when I advised company. I appreciated their prompt response, and the flower arrangement was bright and attractive.

I ordered a casket spray for my mom's casket. The florets called me the morning it was scheduled to be delivered to let me know one of the flowers would be replaced with another, because they where out of stock. I thought fine as long as it's still beautiful and what I ordered it should be good. However, when I got to the funeral home the casket spray was only half of the size it should be. I and my family were puzzled as to why this was, in addition I was upset because it was my mom's funeral and I paid over $200 for it.

Please note that when contacting customer service the agents do not want you to speak with a supervisor. They will place you on hold continuously and offer refunds.
