So far so good. Hopefully the flowers are as beautiful as the picture. Update 7/16/2014 Flowers were not like the picture. Missing flowers and seemed to be stuffed into a very small vase. Flowers could have been arranged to appear more full instead of overstuffed.

It was an excellent ecommerce journey however, the delivery timing was late by 24 hours simply because of the concierge simply not accepting the flowers. The guest wasn't in the hotel yet, obviously her name wont be on the system, the flowers should have been left there. Or the flower company should have called me to clarify before announcing that the delivery was unsuccessful

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
