I never had any issues before, but this time I experienced a 14.99 additional fee. I was not expecting that. In the past I have placed an order within the same amount of time and never was I charged 14.99 for any additional service.

It is hard when you send funeral flowers to someone across the country. You can't really contact the bereaved and ask if they got there. 'From you flowers' actually called the funeral home and confirmed that the flowers were delivered for me.
Order was dropped off at wrong address. Went through numerous annoying phone calls with annoying reps at the call centre who were making it sound like I was lying about not receiving the flowers on time. Finally, flowers were delivered after 2 days. Never paying for this service again.

After I completed the order and sent it on, I read my incoming e-mails and here there was one from your company saying they would let me order free of delivery cost as you could see I was having problems completing my order. I would like to thank you for the offer, but I had already sent it in so I could not take advantage of it. However, I have never received such a kind offer before while ordering online. Although I'm in a different state from where the delivery took place, I asked a relative to confirm delivery for me. She said they did arrive and they were beautiful. I asked her to take a picture for me so I can see them too.
All items delivered in excellent time and were at least as good as pictured, if not better.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
