I hope they arrive in good condition. I've had flowers delivered to my mom for mother's day by ProFlowers and they've arrived in less that satisfactory condition. If they do, I will purchase from your site from now on!

I am a 1st time user. The only problem I had was I wanted to know if I could add flowers to the planters and couldn't figure out who to contact. But I am very pleased with the prices and variety of choices.
The order arrived a bit late and the only resemblance to the picture of the arrangement I ordered was the dish it came in. The picture online was lovely the actual arrange

Total cost is not made clear upfront. Service and handling fee is added after the credit card info is collected.
You have same day delivery blaring all over your website, but no mention of the additional fee for same day service.
I would not recommend to my friends, and if I did I would warn them of your bad business practices.
Let me be clear; I do not have problem paying the fees provided they are disclosed upfront.

Every time I order from this site they end up increasing the price of the bouquet and revealing the true price only at payment page. I picked the "regular" bouquet his time and yet at the payment page instead of the quoted 27$ it said 34$ and I wasn't given the choice to go back and edit the product again. Very frustrating!

I ordered flowers for a dear friend who celebrated her 91st birthday yesterday. She called me crying as she was so thrilled and happy with her arrangement roses in a lovely vase and a teddy bear which she adored...plus the thought that went along with it. They did a lovely job. Fast, friendly and courteous. Many thanks for making her day...and mine too
