Every time I order from this site they end up increasing the price of the bouquet and revealing the true price only at payment page. I picked the "regular" bouquet his time and yet at the payment page instead of the quoted 27$ it said 34$ and I wasn't given the choice to go back and edit the product again. Very frustrating!
I ordered flowers for a dear friend who celebrated her 91st birthday yesterday. She called me crying as she was so thrilled and happy with her arrangement roses in a lovely vase and a teddy bear which she adored...plus the thought that went along with it. They did a lovely job. Fast, friendly and courteous. Many thanks for making her day...and mine too

The above note was from Friday when they were ordered. Then I received a note stated that they couldn't reach a florist that would delivery them. The not also stated that the order was made with a complimentary upgrade. I'm would just like to know how the upgrade was made since I ordered the biggest arrangement?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
