From the pictures online to what I got are 2 different things. The flowers were small and the boquet was not full it was just a misconception of what I saw online and orderd and what I got. I could have gone to a local grocery store and bought the flowers for half the price to look that small.

The bouquet looked much larger on your website, I received a picture from the recipient, and my first thought was "wow, much smaller than I thought, and I probably wouldn't order again.
Thought the price of the basket was reasonable but the handling was a little high.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
