I received an email around 6pm on the day of the delivery notifying me that my delivery was made. Then I get a call 1 1/2 hours later from the delivery driver saying they were just delivering the flowers which was around 7:30pm which I placed my order around 9:20 am. The confirmation email said they would be delivered between 9 am and 6pm. Also, the flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. I don't feel that those flowers were worth $54!
Quick easy order...loved i could use my amazon payment info.save me time. There were a few issues with my order but I was giving a partial refund timely manner. Ihad paid for same day with 4 hours expedited service. They were there at 4 hours and 30 minutes. They gave me a refund for that. I had paid for two birthday balloons but I only got one but they gave me a refund after that. The vase was clear and not rose-colored as I had requested but since there was no extra charge for that there's nothing to be done in that particular area. They stated I would get a $10 credit for future use. I did get offered a $12 for future use but I have to use it within 2 weeks so technically it's not any good to me

Ordered the Premium Sweet Package and received a regular package. I called customer service and they told me they would fix my problem. They sent back the delivery person with 2 bags of regular sized chips. Overall not satisfied with the handling. The package costed me 80$ and received a package of contents not worth more than 25$ at most.

The flowers are a good value. Always delivered on time. The shipping costs are excessive and I don't know how long I will use this service. I ordered two sympathy baskets going to the same place at the same time and paid $14.99 for each basket. This I feel is unreasonable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
