Was extremely upset and I extremely disappointed when I saw the sympathy plant that I ordered for my cousin's funeral. I paid more for the premium plant because your website states it will be larger and or have more plants. It was very small, not what I expected at all! I am not happy at all with the plant, it was embarrassing to say the least! One of the smallest plants there. Your website with your added fees are a ripoff. Just about half of the total price was for delivery and handling, over $20. No wonder the plant was so small because the florist probably got ripped off as well. For a premium plant that retails for $55 it was a rip off! I would hate to see the regular plant. I will never use you service again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from your website to purchase flowers!

I paid the extra $4.99 to expedite the delivery. The delivery was not made until the afternoon. Guess I will try another florist who will deliver on time.
The only issue I had was the florist said they didn't receive the order so It could not be delivered July 24 like it was supposed to be. However the flowers were upgraded and were delievered promptly the next day. I was very satisfied with the flowers.
The flowers were ok, the problem was the delivery from the florist, they were late and did not follow the instructions either upon delivery. Customer service was good thought.
The delivery was scheduled to be there before 12:00pm and did not arrive until after 3:00pm. Once the staff read my review they quickly refunded the money for expedited delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
