ALMOST everything was great. But when I wanted to change something about my order once I saw the final price I had to completely redo the whole processes. Would be slightly more convenient if I could edit something (like removing balloons) on the final review.
The flowers were beautiful, however they were delivered to the wrong place. They were sent to a business, a car dealership that has two locations. I put the specific name of the business and address but the flowers were sent to the wrong location. That was the only thing I was disappointed about. They managed to make it to the right place and to the intended recipient in the end though, so it was all okay.
You should show the total cost with tax before asking for payment info.
The flower arrangement was much much larger on the website than it was upon arrival. Next time I will rethink this decision.

Flowers were ordered a day ahead and they didn't arrive at my daughter workplace until she was about to leave. One rep, Nicole was a little rude to me when I called a second time. I hung up on her!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
