#2 - I did not receive the flower arrangement that I ordered. If I could upload pics, I would. What I ordered was the Birthday Florist Designed Bouquet, which shows sunflowers as the staple flower with lots of different color. What was received was pink, red, and some white. I specifically choose something with lots of color, but received something totally different with no sunflowers, at all.
2nd time shopping and purchasing with you. Will be back again.
For this order, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the product compared to picture on your site; however, I believe it is due to the local vendor, just as inability to deliver on requested date. We don't have a lot of really good service providers in this area.
The flower delivery did not reach the recipient on the date promised because all information I provided to you was not given to the florist. After speaking to Nina at the customer care line I was told that my flowers would be delivered the following day with an upgrade, an apology note and refund of my delivery fees. Those things did in fact happen, though had I not called the florist directly, the flowers again would not have arrived on time. I will go through the florist directly from this point on.
Thank you for giving me free shipping & handeling! That's what made my mind up. I'm on a painfully tight budget, so thank you for making it possible for me to send my friend anniversary flowers!
