The flowers were beautiful, but the note on the sympathy card looked like it had been scribbled by a kindergartner. If the card had looked more professional the order would have been perfect.

I did not like the fact that the $14.99 service/delivery fee was not mentioned until the final stage of the ordering process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
