This is second time I have sent the same basket to two different people. It was a fruit and candy basket. Although the pineapple was missing from the delivered basket on the second basket it still went over well. It is a nice basket for the price.

The flowers that my granddaughter received looked nothing like the full pretty bunch that I ordered. The balloon however was better than the one pictured, it was bigger and a nice color. I appreciate you getting the flowers there so quickly but they should look more like what is pictured. Thank you.

I am pleased of the pic. I am hoping that the arrangement will arrive looking like the picture. The funeral home did call me today to inform me that the flowers were delivered. Unfortunately, I am not there to see them. I did ask the Associate at the funeral home about the appearance. She stated, "They are nice." I did inform my mother that they were delivered. My mother will be looking for the arrangement during the funeral. Unfortunately, I won't be attending. I live in another state. I ordered the followers on behalf of my mother. This was her first cousin who was 82 years old that passed.

At end Service charge + vase charge was a surprise. I have no problem with paying extra for a vase but your product photo show the flowers in a vase with no mention of the vase costing extra. Same for the delivery charge, simply include the cost in the original product cost. I did not like the surprise of the costs that were added as the order paper work progressed. For the sake of transparency mention up front, all additional costs that may need to be paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
