Very user friendly online service. To be honest I was nervous that I could order out of state and it would get there the same day - but it did. I was totally thrilled. I would definitely use them again.
Many selections. Easy to check out. Affordable. Unfortunately, different flowers were used and the arrangement was sloppy. The price was good, but in the future I'll spend a few more dollars with a higher end florist to ensure the flowers will be more special than something a child could put together. Since you asked.
You offer a discounted price on flowers, but when I went to check out it said I needed to spend 49.99 for that area then on check out I was charged another $15 delivery charge. What a rip off. I am not happy.
On the website it looked way bigger and I paid to have the biggest one and it wasn't at all it was very small and one of the balloons was half deflated. I wasn't stratified at all.
My only disappointment was the flowers were placed in a standard vase instead of a mason jar. It changed the "feel" of the arrangement which was meant to be more casual.
For the $, I was very disappointed to hear how small the plant was. I was thanked for the "tiny" plant.
