The only real complaint I had was the actual look of the flowers. The picture to select which item you choose made it look a lot more full then the item that got delivered. Other than that, great service.

Very satisfied with costumer service and pricing. When flowers arrived at destination, they returned them because they were half wilted. The flower shop did however return with a gorgeous bouquet afterwards!

I can say that the only part of this experience that I was not completely happy with is...the flowers themselves. While they were very pretty...the arrangment was not as they appeared online. I understand that flowes will not always appear the same in person as they do online, but the description stated otherwise. My recipient loved them and that is what matters.

THE SERVICE/HANDLING FEE IS KNID OF HIGH. WHEN THERE IS A DISCOUNT ON FLOWERS AND YOU STILL HAVE A BILL OVER $60 IT FEELS LIKE THERE WAS NO Discount. IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE. AFTER THE FLOWERS GOT THERE I EXPECTED MORE. THERE WERE ONLY PINK AND PURPLE CARNATIONS (That's it!). I THOUGHT FOR THE FLORISTS CHOICE THEY WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER EFFORT. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THAT OPTION AGAIN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER HAD I PICKED AN ALREADY MADE BOUQUET.
