UPDATE POST-DELIVERY
Flowers were fresh and delivered on time. However, they looked substantially different than what I ordered. I know local florists have to make changes to the selection and colors on the site, but I don't feel like the arrangement that was delivered remotely resembled what I had ordered. I ordered an all-pink arrangement with Lillies and Wax Flowers; I got a pretty, colorful arrangement with Sunflowers and Irises. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected.
I love your website except for one thing - I could not find delivery info until I was ready to check out. $14.99 was a big surprise!
There was nothing wrong with ordering but I seldom recommend any business to others. That would include yours.
Easy and convenient, but there is no updating from the time of ordering to the time of delivery; you must wait until the order is delivered until you get notice of delivery. That can be nerve-wracking when you're sending a gift, but my order was delivered on-time and looked very nice.
I hope, I didn't make a mistake by giving 5 star to all 3 questions and tomorrow receive a horrible flower arrangement&in a late evening.
Great, Later on I find out my order delivered on 11Am. The only thing I am not sure is How they took care of the note was typed or written by hand :( ?
The $15 "service" fee was hidden until the end. Not a pleasant surprise. The $15 "savings" using the Entertainment Book was strictly an illusion. Next time I will call a florist directly and save this significant charge.

I put in an order for a same day delivery and it was well before the cut off time. Thinking all was well and the flowers had been delivered I didn't give it a second thought. I then received a phone call saying that they were unable to complete the order in the area that I had placed it and so the order was not going to go out on that date. I was so disappointed as I wanted them there that day and I wasn't informed that they would not go out until it was WAY too late to place a same day order with another company (after 5p). I was left with no alternative but to go ahead with the order for the following day. Not happy about that but they did offer to upgrade the bouquet (although I have no idea what it looked like) and that all "Same Day' charges would be taken off. So far I have not seen that come across my bank account. Then I got an email for $10 off of my (next) purchase...(Not ordering again, can't count on them). I wish they had called me sooner so that I would have had a choice of another florist for that day...or offered to not charge me for this order since it was their mistake in hopes that they would win me back as a customer!

Good selection, quick delivery
Got a call had to change flower because tulips were not in season, was upset but flower was switched with another kind. Should not have happened. If flowers are out of season, should not be able to be ordered and comment should be given of substitute flowers.
Flowers were delivered on time and my sister said they were beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
