Just want to make sure that people receiving flowers are just as happy as I am.
Because my daughter had purchased a lovely small bouquet, I decided to use the same website to purchase a spray for funeral. The regular spray was within my budget so that was one chosen. The flowers we awful. It was a surprise for my daughter and her husband for their purchase of their 1st house. The deliver man did not ring the doorbell he just left the box on leaning against the door. The flowers were dried up and the sunflowers looked dead. I will NEVER order from your company again. I am so upset that I could not have seen them in person before they were sent. I know they will not be sitting on her table, as I know I wouldn't see them out in public..
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
