I have to say you were outstanding. I had the wrong street number, which I found out after an amazon package got a bad address. I called immediately and was asked to wait on hold while you contacted the florists delivering the arrangement. The florist had figured that out and delivered to the correct address. It was a nice touch to check in with them while I was on the phone. Both arrangements were really well received and in good condition.

Definitely did not appreciate the added shipping/handling charge (14.99) which totally negated the discount (15.00) I used. Found the unexpected addition very sneaky.

This order was scheduled for same Day delivery but didn't end up getting delivered until two days later. I was told that Yvette bouquet would be upgraded to deluxe size for no extra charge for the delay in delivery, the bouquet delivered consisted of one rose, a few small purple flowers and baby's breath, it was a very tiny bouquet, not a deluxe size in the least. They did put 4 balloons on it which was nice, but I was a little bit embarrassed by the size and quality of this bouquet. Before this order I never has a bad experience with ordering from this website.
I didn't like that the teddy bear was still on the bag when it was delivered but other then that it's ok

My Aunt received her flowers...what she described to me does not match what I ordered...it seems to have been a very small selection of flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
