THE SERVICE/HANDLING FEE IS KNID OF HIGH. WHEN THERE IS A DISCOUNT ON FLOWERS AND YOU STILL HAVE A BILL OVER $60 IT FEELS LIKE THERE WAS NO Discount. IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE. AFTER THE FLOWERS GOT THERE I EXPECTED MORE. THERE WERE ONLY PINK AND PURPLE CARNATIONS (That's it!). I THOUGHT FOR THE FLORISTS CHOICE THEY WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER EFFORT. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THAT OPTION AGAIN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER HAD I PICKED AN ALREADY MADE BOUQUET.
Sent flowers to my sister who sent me a picture back...didnt look like what was offered on the order; however there were plenty of sunflowers...just no red flowers to add the vibrancy...looked a little like a funeral arrangement
For the amount of money i paid, the spray i ordered as BEST, for my friend's Funeral was sparse snd extremely cheap looking...i would have never paid $20 exra dollars for BEST, the dpray looked nothing like the beautigul pic online...very disappointed

The flowers in a cup were just as pictured and described. She loved them and I will definitely use your website again. Thanks
I gave ratings but the flowers went to someone else and I have not seen them. She said they were lovely so I am assuming that they were just as nice as the picture and she said they came on her birthday so they were delivered when they were so suppose to be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
