The picture on your website looked so good but the actual flower arrangement received didn't look anything like the picture. The sunflowers were pretty but the filler was greenery and not green mums and berries like in the picture so looked cheap.
This was a gift and I was disappointed. Not worth the money I spent with shipping costs.

I liked your product and the prices are very good, but I was unhappy that I had to go to the very end of the ordering process to find out that there was a service charge and the amount of that charge. I called your contact number and the rep explained it to me. This took quite a while and was very annoying. Now that I know this I will use you again, but you should show the service charge sooner.

Ordering process was a bit frustrating; kept going around in circles trying to create account. Finally gave up & checked out as guest. Discount was lower than expected. Couldn't get flowers delivered to my daughter (her birthday) who lives 6.8 miles from me, so had them delivered to me & I took them to her; a bit inconvenient. But the flowers are lovely; look just like the picture. Delivery was mid morning which was perfect; gave me time to deliver to my daughter not too late in the day.

I actually cancelled this order and ordered something else instead. However, my sister just sent a picture of the delivered order that I cancelled and I must say the arrangement is very pretty and will be gorgeous when the lilies open. So now I wait to see if the replacement order is delivered tomorrow. And I am wondering what my credit card is going to look like. Time will tell.

Add is misleading. Leads you to believe that there are no extra fees, Still has "handling" fee
Roses were in full bloom upon arrival, they won't last very long. Picture online was better than actual arrangement. But my daughter really enjoyed them!
