I though the ordering process wasn't that user friendly. It seemed that all the stuff that cost extra (guaranteed morning delivery, and arrangement upgrades) were auto filled so I had to be really careful that I wasn't getting charged for any extras. I'd much prefer to be able to opt IN to those extras rather than have to opt OUT of them. Also, it was inconvenient that I couldn't edit my delivery date on the final "order review" screen. I had to go back to the shopping cart to change that.

Also, the first time I placed my order, I was taken back to the home screen instead of the order confirmation page. I had to call and confirm that the order was unsuccessful and place my order twice.

Overall, though the arrangements and prices were great. Also, the customer service person who took my call was friendly. It was just that the ordering process was a bit more choppy compared to other flower sites I've used.

I purchased a chocolate cake for my Mom for her 91st birthday. She will love this cake, + fromyouflowers.com is able to deliver it on time for her birthday for a very reasonable delivery price + their price for the cake is very reasonable as well. I am an office manager + will use their site to order flowers and sweets for people in our 300+ person office now that I have found them!

Proflower has failed twice so far in delivering flowers on the same day. You guys do this right, and you will have a new customer!

***Updated after delivery was completed***

Granted I understand it must be hard to stay up to date with individual floral shops in certain areas I was slightly disappointed with the fact that the option was available to deliver on Sunday. But besides that I was extremely satisfied with price, product, and the follow up questions/refund process.
