The product delivered was nothing even close to what was shown on the website. I paid for.99 extra to have the flowers delivered by noon, they did not show up. I called customer service and told them about the situation. The flowers arrived two and a half hours late and were not the correct order. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied. If you would like a picture of what was recieved I can certainly email those to you.
If you stop bothering me about this I would have given you higher ratings. However, I, personally did not receive the flowers so all questions are non-applicable. They were sent to a funeral home for a wake. Dah!
I do not understand what the handling fee is for. If the flowers are 39.99 then that should be the bottom line. I understand the cost of delivery and express delivery, but not the handling fee.
The premium flowers I paid for were very small and shabby. Looked like less flowers than the lowest priced bouquet. I'm disappointed with what I sent.

I just wish the price that I saw reflected the arrangement shown. I didn't like that you had to choose "deluxe" and pay more later to get what you are selecting and is shown for a certain price.
Otherwise, loved the tasteful floral arrangements. Just want to know up front the actual price for the arrangement shown that you are choosing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
