Delivery fee too high- otherwise nice selection/ easy site. Problem is the bouquet they sent was NOTHING like the photo of the bouquet I chose. It actually contained ZERO roses which were shown in the photo, which felt like a "switch and bait".Customer service was extremely nice and pursued rectifying by sending another bouquet, but it got there late on a Friday,and was sort of wasted. I appreciate the customer service, but was let down by the experience.
I sent a plant to my sister for a memorial service, she received them the same day I ordered, and was thrilled with the quality of the plant she received. I am very pleased with the service I have received and will be purchasing gifts again in the future.
Should mention shipping fees before your purchase. Balloons are overpriced and I ordered deluxe bouquet which didn't even look like the picture on the website when it arrived.
Initially, ordering was simple and easy. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delievered on the day I had requested. Customer serviced called and explained, offered me an upgrade on the flowers, as well as a refund of my delievery charges. The flowers were delievered the next morning, and do appear to have been upgraded. I was very happy with the product. The refund was done as a credit on another purchase to be used within 2 weeks, which I was a bit disappointed with.
All charges should be displayed upfront. Surprised at the additional charges and did not give me same day delivery even though site stated it would.

Thumbs up! The florist called to tell me they could not honor my same-day delivery request but as a consolation they upgraded the order. The bear & floral arrangement with the 2 smiley-faced flowers were a hit. I was very satisfied. The only suggestion I would make is to give some space on the order site for customer to type any special requests about their preferences.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
