I was very surprised to see the $14.99 Service/Handling charge on the final page of my purchase experience. If it was there before, it wasn't easily noticed. Disappointed...
I signed the card anonymous and I think they didnt think id see it. It arrived at work for the girl and the only flowers not wilted were the lillies. It was way smaller than imexpected for the price and im rather dissapointed. I could have went to krogers and bought something twice that size for less and it wouldnt have been wilted!
