One should be able to preview the cards, not just the titles, e.g. "Best wishes", "Just because", etc. but no picture available.
Although my flowers were not delivered on the day i requested, customer service really made the effort to make it up to my recipient with an additonal arrangement and a discount to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
