I don't like surprises, upfront cost should be displayed in the beginning of transaction not at the end, after spending so much time choosing your selection.

Had a real hassle with an order on phone... was told I would have next day delivery and then found out it could not be... Had to order different product online. I was given a gift certificate and because of this I used it and would order from you again... Good customer service! Thanks! Naila

One should be able to preview the cards, not just the titles, e.g. "Best wishes", "Just because", etc. but no picture available.
