Ordered early morning and was supposed to have same day shipment to funeral home by 2pm. That did not happen, was going to deliver that afternoon to the reisdence, that didn't happen either. It was a day late. I asked for a new receipt to be emailed to me showing where they took off the same day fee, etc and still have not received it. Very disappointed
