The picture of the flowers were nothing of what was sent. I have a picture and will send it and expect some sort of refund. They were horrible and not worth the money. Very dissatisfied for my first order from you

I placed my order & payed extra to have it delivered by noon the following day. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received a call and email that a florist in the requested delivery area could not be found to handle my order in the requested time. I was told I would get an upgraded arrangement & it could be delivered the next day. Luckily, as I was able to change the delivery address, this worked out. I was treated very kindly and professionally by everyone I contacted. I understand unexpected things can happen and it all worked out in the end. My one complaint would have to be, that the arrangement my daughter received was supposed to be an upgrade from the one I ordered (meaning it should have been the most expensive, premium bouquet). The picture she sent me, thanking me for the flowers, looked a lot like the BASIC/CHEAPEST OPTION (of the specific one I ordered) bouquet that was on your website. She was pleased with them & they were beautiful, but definitely not what I expected the Premium bouquet to look like. A bit disappointed about that aspect of the transaction!

I bought from you because it was last minute and you could deliver. The only thing is the picture of the product was a little deceiving. The actual flowers were not as big. Would rather have picture more accurately describe product. But overall satisfied.

Pretty easy hopefully, they will look like the picture was my initial thoughts about this company, however the what was delivered did not look like the picture and the flowers were extremely dead looking. I sent an email to customer service and after 3 days still have not received a follow up email, call or any other type of response. Today, I called customer service and have been placed on hold for extreme amounts of time and was told as to why I have not received a response, was that they have received a lot of customer service emails lately. I wish this box would let me post a picture of what I received. Just pure embarrassing. Do not use this company. They disconnected me from my call more than once. IF I could give less than 1 star I would have. Not happy.:-(

I receive coupons in the mail,that are of no use. You can't use them as you already have a discount at all times. So there is no need to mail them.After seeing a picture of the flowers. I was not very pleased. The flowers were nice, but the size of the bouquet was smaller than what I paid for.
