Was easy to choose flowers, but the unexpected $14.99 service charge at the very end was not a welcomed surprise. This fee should have been revealed prior to the last page.
My order was not delivered the same day or within the 4 hour time slot that i did pay extra for... the arrangement arrived a day late and looked horrible the customer service was awful as well and not helpful in any way and no compensation was given i will never use this place again and will definitely not recommend it to ANYONE EVER

The flowers arrived on time with the chocolate. It was the perfect gift for my best friend that was going through a rough time and needed some cheering up. The price seemed a little high, but for same day delivery I'd say it was worth it!
