I paid extra for expedited service and it came three and a half hours late!
Typed in the colors I wanted and the site gave me several lovely options. My friend received her flowers and she loved them.

SMOOTH AND EASY-PERFECT!
I wanted to add all five of our names to the signature, but there were not enough characters. Would advise to change the layout so that the card could read more personalized- not requiring a field for the signature, but to include all text, laid out the way the purchaser would like it to be.
I wish the delivery service fee was up front as I was surprised by it upon checkout and then closed the page. I ended up buying with the service charge waived.

WEBSITE IT USER FRIENDLY AND PRICES ARE REASONABLE. However, when my order was delivered it was missing one white balloon and the Happy Anniversary balloon I ordered didnt say happy anniversary. It was a heart that said I love You.
1) My order was not delivered on the day I ordered it due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle. It was about 24 hours later after I was notified that my order wouldn't be delivered before it was actually delivered. I would have thought that if it was an order to be delivered the day before that it would be delivered first thing the next morning.
2) The actual arrangement that was sent had way too much of a very tall, spiky plant and it was so big and obtrusive that it detracted from the overall plant garden. I asked my daughter-in-law to send me a pic of what was actually delivered.
3) Yes, I am supposed to receive a 20% credit back on my order, but I don't foresee using your company again.

The flowers were just throne in the a box. I understand they had to be shipped, but don't advertise a perfect arrangement and send something else. I will not buy for this place again.
My shopping and delivery service was excellent, however the arrangement was MUCH smaller than anticipated.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
