A little pricey on the delivery fees but overall a good value on the flowers. I didn't like the magazine offer where you had to check if you did NOT want it included.

I couldn't go back easily to change the text of the card.
Handling an delivery costs are pricy

My purchase was not delivered until the next day which I had paid the extra fees to have it delivered the same day. BUT they did remove the fees and gave me extra on my order. Overall experience good, product did not look like the picture. But I'm glad I ordered it though

The arrangement I ordered was not available so they sent me an email requesting the ability to substitute the one I ordered with another equal one. I called them & approved the swap. It's disappointing to hear they don't have what you want but the replacement was well received.

I am so so happy with this order. I received a picture of the flowers I sent to my mother today and they are absolutely stunning. I went with the florist arrangement and I could not be happier. Wanted nicer mix of coral roses.

Coral roses delivered were closer to orange in color.

Did not look like the picture of what was on line. The arrangement had very little of the blue / purple flowers and the note was hand written (somewhat sloppy) instead of printed from a computer. I think if it was printed from a computer it would look more professional.

The site is very user friendely but the prices were a bit misleading, my total bill was doubled what I attempted to order by the time all those fees were attached?

Paid for expedited delivery service to guarantee delivery before Noon. Flowers were not delivered until after 1 PM. Had to request a refund of the expedite fee for failure to deliver as promised.

The prices were great, but the delivery fee is a tad high... maybe that is because I did same day. But the 20% off coupon helped make up that difference.
