I couldn't believe it when my recipient emailed me a picture of this arrangement minutes after she received it. It looked absolutely NOTHING like the advertisement! I was soooo embarrassed! It looked like a kid had just thrown flowers randomly in a vase. There were huge spaces with nothing but green leaves and stems showing. The local florist hadn't even bothered to cover the spaces up with any kind of filler flowers, which was what the picture showed, and which would have made me happy. The only thing from the advertisement that was the same was the vase. NOTHING like the advertisement! VERY disappointed!
Was not aware of the $15 handling fee until the end of checkout. Felt that was a bit disingenuous to include that "hidden fee" at the end

Quick for ordering and order confirmation. However, I was not notified that my order had not been delivered and my order did not get delivered for 2 and a half days. I'm not sure if this was due to the shop or the this site. I will give fromyouflowers.com another chance to be fair. The customer service representatives were incredibly helpful and sincere in trying to alleviate delivery issues.
The flowers were fresh and pretty and a decent value. If I would have paid a service or delivery charge it would have been too much money, but being I was offered a deal that did not have the service charge/delivery charge I am satisfied. Thanks! With appreciation, Jeannie

Update: I was expecting a few more flowers however friend was pleased. Nice arranging of flowers and vase/bow were pretty. Flowers were delivered the early the next morning and I ordered on a Sunday!
Don't pay $5 for the 4 hr guarantee because they won't get it there in 4 hrs... My flowers didn't get there in 4 hours so the person I was sending them to did not receive them before she left work so the order was a waste.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
