The flowers were not all that great- there were 6 different flowers and so w greenery. Not a very cohesive look- looked thrown together with whatever cheap flowers were left over.
These pretty flowers were received as promised, on the same day I ordered them. The real stars here are the customer service people: They are exceptional! They addressed all my concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. Well done! I'll be ordering again!

Shopping experience ok. I HOPE the flowers are nice. Seems like a lot of money at the end of the purchase! When I called customer service I explained that the flowers received were not anywhere what I expected for the amount charged. The person taking my call was rushed and did not want to hear my explanation... she merely stated she would credit my American Express card 20%. Well, again I felt as I was getting poor service! She should have credited 50% (minimally). I could have purchased better flowers at Costco for $14.99. FRUSTRATED!

The 10$ off price was a hook and bait deal. Once you started to use the $10 off price another $14,99 was added for shipping.
She loved it, I never saw it. I could hardly understand why I didn't get additional discount. The price did not change from the initial price without promotional codes. I ordered anyway
I received the "Order delivered" email 2 hours prior to them actually being delivered. Luckily, I didn't say anything to ruin the surprise. The flowers were slightly wilted but by the next day they mostly perked up. They were delivered from across town. I was surprised they weren't delivered from a closer florist.

I ordered flowers for my mother and there was a small problem, although with the courtesy of the owner, it was quickly resolved and I was impressed. I plan on shopping with them in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
