His time it was awful. I usually place my order on line. No fuss but for some reason you would not take my charge card. I called and the young man said it might be a computer error but he would walk me through. I gave him everything except the phone number and could not look it up fast enough. Actually, I could not get to the phone number and it was important that you have it. Than my phone started to ring. I so upset I just said forget it! My card would not go thru? I talked the company yesterday. I have A plus credit and plenty of room for a $54 charge. I went back on line, placed the order and paid with PayPal. I'm really disappointed with your system
Expensive Shipping and Handling I thought
Great selection and discounts as well as delivery to a rural address.
I wanted to edit the card, but cannot get back to it without recreating my whole order again.
I have been very happy with each order I have placed. I do check on the delivery and get a photo of what I sent to make sure I get what I pay for. Your services are excellent.
The individual that delivered the flowers did not knock or ring the door bell. The flowers remained outside on the steps for some period.
I asked for expedited service and even paid a fee, this was done 2 days ahead of the delivery time just to get it delivered before 12:00. This is one of the reasons I decided to purchase from you. You did not keep your delivery promise. I realize I got a refund of the expedited service fee, but that's not the point. If you can't make a deadline, don't offer it.
During the form-filling the price was 33.99$ then it grew again to 39.99 and tax was added on top of it!, so it summed up to 10$ more than I expected
Shopping online was easy. Excited to see what is delivered...that will determine if I ever order again from this site.

Your site checkout seqence is terrible. The delivery charge is not shown until the last step. I don't object to a delivery charge, but it was not transparent what the charge would be until the very very end of the checkout process. And - If you click on PayPal early in the sequence the deliver to address has not been entered yet and within PayPAl the delivery address defaults to my billing address which is not the delivery address. I had to start ovr with the order and not click PayPal early in the process but rather afte I could enter a delivery address.
Your prices change significantly if you use a discount code or gift card, somehow the price goes up so I end up paying the same price with or without a discount - I was previously provided a $10 gift card for late delivery last time, this time I use it and the price goes up. I won't be back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
