Showed one price and then showed final price with an extra $15 for handling, so no right
I sent these to my mother for her birthday and upgraded to premium to make sure she would get a nice bouquet. I had her take a picture, and I couldn't believe my eyes. The bouquet was full, but small and the flowers looked like ones the florist throws away. They were all drooping and at the stage I would normally throw in the trash. My mother was home when they were delivered so it wasn't like they sat in the sun all day. These flowers need to be replaced or given a full refund.
I didn't get to see the flowers. The recipient said they were nice. The flowers were not deliverd before noon & I paid an extra $4.99 for that service.

I was disappointed in the freshness of the blooms. The Alstromoerias were in full bloom as was the Iris that was substituted for the tulips. I don't feel that these blooms will last that long as I had hoped for. One of my reasons for selecting this bouquet. Also,I wish your website would state approximately how may blooms/flowers to each size you offer. It would be easier to judge the size bouquet to order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
