Would like to know prices before putting in credit card. Flowers were not delivered the next day, they upgraded but my niece was still disappointed for she stayed home all day. Will start using a local florist from now on. Plus the call I received to tell me it was delayed was a blocked number, I do not answer block numbers. But they did leave message and I called back

Very good shopping experience, but the handling fee of $15 for flower retailers, like yourself, is something I just don't understand. Why not just add it to the price of the item(s), or put that somewhere up front so that the customer knows to expect it?
