Very good shopping experience, but the handling fee of $15 for flower retailers, like yourself, is something I just don't understand. Why not just add it to the price of the item(s), or put that somewhere up front so that the customer knows to expect it?
Ordering online was fast and easy and delivery was on time. The flowers I ordered didn't look exactly as pictured so I was a little disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
