I ordered the tulip delight. Delivery was prompt, however it was the wrong arrangement. It had roses instead of tulips. I emailed customer service only to receive no response. Will not be going through this company again.
I dont like that they gave me the grand total at the end. Shipping prices should be mentioned earlier since I am working with a budget.
I ordered in the morning before the cut off time and my Aunt, who has surgery, did not receive the flowers same day. She received them the next day. I was nervous because she was being released from the hospital the next day and I really wanted the flowers to brighten her hospital room. I wish they were delivered on time.

I didn't know there was a $14.99 service and handling fee. It wasn't revealed until the very last page. I think that is sneaky even if there is a $10 discount. I believe integrity driven would be to show it at the beginning.
So I thought I was paying $19.99 plus maybe $5-8 shipping but the order was near $50 when I was done. I paid for early morning delivery and it was received in the late afternoon. I did get a credit for the $5 I paid extra for morning delivery but I would have rather had it delivered in the morning. It would have made a huge difference to the person I was sending it to in helping with the work day rather than get it at the end of the work day. That's what we pay for...it would have been nice to have gotten my money back or more credit towards the purchase a future order rather than my $5 back. That does not make up for the loss of time and I would not have ordered them, had I known they could not be delivered in the morning. Very disappointed. A restaurant does better service. When they get your order wrong, they do not take $5 off, they credit or or replace it. To bad, it isn't the case here.

Please state somewhere that ebates is a coupon code and cannot be combined with other offers. The discounts you offer are fabulous, however, I had to go through checkout 3 times to make sure I was paying what I wanted.
It was fine. I didn't love the wrote count limit both on the message and in the address (I needed more characters for the name of the building) but other than that it's cool. The price was right.
You guys are also really obsessive about following up. I've received so many emails from you (at least 4) in 24 hours and it's exhausting. I'm only responding because I was dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers which I already expressed in a customer response email that was sent to me earlier and because you are sending me too many emails and I'm getting annoyed. Plus I'm kind of off this week so I have the time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
