My daughter lives in another state. When I wanted to send flowers the fromyouflowers website was very easy to follow and it took just a few minutes to order and be done. I appreciated the easy to follow instructions and payment was quick. The notices of receiving my order and that they were delivered were great. My daughter called to thank me and was very happy with the plant basket I sent. I would recommend them.

Our flowers could not be delivered on the same day as requested, but customer service called and said they could deliver them on Monday. They also upgraded our flowers to the next level.
It is surprising that you have to put credit card info in before you see the order total including shipping/delivery. I had to put credit card info in 3 times because at first I wasn't aware of the shipping cost so I had to revise my order/change the coupon I was using. It is also too hard to change the coupon code. I couldn't without starting the session completely over.

Handling charges should be stated right up front in order to determine if you want to continue with the purchase... "surprising" it at the end after order selection, entry information, etc. is a bit underhanded.
Received the flowers in delivery window stated and they were professionally arranged in a nice, modern container and overall, the display was great. However, I would have considered the "basic" charge for the end product to be more appropriate, as for a "premium" designer arrangement I was disappointed. I didn't expect the majority (and not even a dozen) of the floral blooms to be Alstroemeria (a rather cheap, common bouquet flower most florists use as "filler" blooms)with some green fillers and only approximately 8" to 10" tall (with the vase). For $39.95 before handling charges I would have thought something such as a more "premium" selection of blooms would have been provided.
Overall, for the occasion (a simple gratitude arrangement to a work associate) the arrangement worked fine; however, I would have been extremely dissatisfied if it were for a more personal, intimate scenario (family, significant other, etc.).
I chose my gift & you would not deliver a $27.99 dish garden even tho you were charging me another $(.99 to deliver it. Barnwell is a small town! Next time I will go to another web site. I will wait to see what the dish garden looks like when my Grandson gets it. Will it have fresh flowers in it too? It should have for that proce.
My order was not able to be delivered same day as the web site said it could if I ordered within a certain amount of time but it was sent early the next day.

The recipient loved the flowers. I wish they had an assortment of colors (they were all almost the same shade if pink) but it was still a nice bouquet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
