I live outside the US and it would be useful if your system could recognise that possibility, both when ordering and when providing feedback.
It was quick and easy to order, but not finding out the total(!)shipping and handling until nearly the end, was, a bit of a shock...I realize, of course, I should expect to pay extra for same day delivery, but seeing it at, or near the beginning would have been helpful. Good experience, though.

The flowers came in 2 tied bundles, I wasn't aware that they would not be already arranged in the vase. I would have preferred this
Since there are more than a few florists in Wethersfield, and the flowers ordered where delivered in Wethersfield, I felt the $14.99 delivery charge was high.
The reason I state that I will not use or recommend the service again was because I paid for expedited delivery (before noon) and that did not happen. I also had to actually send an email myself to ask if it happened and was only then offered a refund of the expedite fee. Not a good first impression. Thanks.

Everything was fast and easy but you charged me 4.99 to deliver by noon and they were delivered around 1pm or later...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
