Your add on google offered a 20% dicount code yet the price quoted on the order form apparently already reflected this. What a scam! I started with a $48 order, got no real discount and then had to pay a $15 handling fee when again you advertise free delivery! Would have gone somewhere else but just didn't want to waste more time! I sure hope the flowers are nice
Received these flowers on time. Delivery service was great, however, I am really disappointed with the size of the arrangement. I read all the info before I ordered and upgraded to a larger or bigger more expensive option because I worried the small one would look cheap. I received less than half the number of flowers shown in the online add! And this was the upgrade! Quality did seen good but I would shop elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.

I paid for expedited shipping and order was shipped after promised time. I contacted customer service and was assisted by a knowledgeable and very helpful man. At the same time, I was emailed that my second order couldn't be delivered that day which was very disappointing because I placed the order around 10am (it was around 330) and I didn't have time to have flowers shipped from someplace else the same day. Overall, the site was easy to navigate, prices were ok, customer service was pretty good, but delivery time and quality of product is solely dependent on florists.

I paid an extra $4.99 to have my order delivered before noon. It was delivered after 1:00 PM. I called the next day and asked for a refund on the extra delivery fee. I was told that the $4.99 would be credited back to my card... it has NOT!
Add a compare function to allow selection of several items to view together and compare before final decision. Include Service and Handling in posted price not as last minute add-on.
In the pictures the recipient sent us, the delivered product was nice but did not look as neatly put together as the web site display, including the ribbon on the vase.
Quick and easy to order
The bouquet wasn't too bad for the $19.99 price but your $14.99 handling/shipping fee I feel was too much...I wish the flowers would have been more colorful
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
