Ordering process was very simple. However, I am in Dallas a huge market and a florist could not be found to deliver the flowers on time. Additionally, the flowers delivered were no where close to the flowers ordered. Also had to call Customer Service three times to check on the delivery. The customer service rep was outstanding each time. Unfortunately the control of the order was not in the hands of fromyouflowers.com If it had been I wager the order would have exceeded my expectations!
I didn't like the flowers at all. They weren't what I ordered. All I got was lilies, roses, and babies breath, in the picture and the description there were at least 6 different flowers and greens, and these looked like they were just thrown in a vase and tied a piece of burlap around it. I am not pleased at all and I won't be shopping with you again.

Great experience until the end where the handling fee of $14.99 shows up. Shouldn't that be included in the cost of the flowers? Not nice to surprise us at the end like that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
