I suppose I should have paid the 6 dollars for assured early delivery. Lubbock is a small market though. Having them be delivered 45 minutes before the close of business was very disappointing

The charge for a glass vase and service/handling was misleading.
Great variety of options though.

UPS delivery?
Why not have a local florist deliver themselves?
Not a terrible experience by any means, but highly overpriced for what you end up with. Arrangement was a frail version of the photo.

Got reply back from the receiver that the flowers were gorgeous. That's always a determining factor on whether I will use the vendor again. In this case, I definitely will.

Ordering process was very simple

Ordering process was very simple. However, I am in Dallas a huge market and a florist could not be found to deliver the flowers on time. Additionally, the flowers delivered were no where close to the flowers ordered. Also had to call Customer Service three times to check on the delivery. The customer service rep was outstanding each time. Unfortunately the control of the order was not in the hands of fromyouflowers.com If it had been I wager the order would have exceeded my expectations!

I didn't like the flowers at all

I didn't like the flowers at all. They weren't what I ordered. All I got was lilies, roses, and babies breath, in the picture and the description there were at least 6 different flowers and greens, and these looked like they were just thrown in a vase and tied a piece of burlap around it. I am not pleased at all and I won't be shopping with you again.

I was disappointed to learn that the price I chose did not include delivery.

I'm in my 70s and only rarely do I send flowers or balloons, so I was surprised how much it was. I decided I'd pay $30, but when I got to checkout it was $15 more for delivery.

I sent them anyway, but if it hadn't been a really special occasion, I would have cancelled the order.

This is the 4th time that I have ordered flowers from this company. There is a wide choice from which to choose even in the lowest price range. The flowers are delivered on time and the receipients are pleased with the quality of the flowers.

Great experience until the end where the handling fee of $14.99 shows up. Shouldn't that be included in the cost of the flowers? Not nice to surprise us at the end like that.
